We don’t compromise our standards—period. We sell only triple pane windows, only Golden Pledge-level GAF roofing, and only James Hardie fiber cement siding. In other words, the best of the best. Without exception.
And we’re just as preoccupied with installation. Corner cutting and second-rate work? They just don’t happen. Our installation crews are comprised of highly experienced craftsmen who are genuinely passionate about their work.
Are we perfect 100% of the time? Nope—we make mistakes like everyone else. So to protect your investment, we provide you with a true Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. On the rare chance of an installation issue, you are completely covered. Period.
You probably noticed two company names on our website: XteriorPRO and Window Depot USA of St. Louis.
In 2017, we partnered with Window Depot USA to be their window provider for the St. Louis area. This allows us to install their premium triple pane windows… and do so at excellent prices.
In a nutshell, Window Depot USA of St. Louis is the window division here at XteriorPRO. No matter which kind of project you need (roofing, siding, or windows), you’ll work with the same owners and employees.
Window Depot USA is a nationwide company with locally owned territories across the country. Each Window Depot USA franchise is independently owned and operated by a local contractor. As the local Window Depot USA, we can offer you with the best of both worlds: the high-end resources and products of a national company, and the hometown service of a local company.
As we mentioned in the answer above, we’re also XteriorPRO—a locally owned and operated company that opened in 2012. Co-owners Jason Quillman and Lisa Sanning have deep roots in the community. Jason was born and raised in the St. Louis area, while co-owner Lisa Sanning moved here with her parents when she was 12.
Bottom line: We’re not some faceless corporation. We’re your neighbors. We’re your friends. And we’re proud members of this amazing St. Louis metro area community.
Our trusted crew of certified, trained, and skilled installation experts. We never use day laborers or “gun-for-hire” Craigslist contractors; our installers have the experience and knowledge needed to provide you with excellent results. They adhere to the strict procedures and protocols we set for customer service and workmanship, and they’re passionate about the work they do.
They’re also friendly, approachable people who provide punctual and professional service throughout the installation. They make sure your project experience is low stress and pleasant.
Very. Co-owners Lisa Sanning and Jason Quillman take part in our weekly No Customer Left Behind meetings, play pivotal roles in the coordination and management of your project, and are 100% invested in the outcome. Jason runs sales appointments and is on the jobsite as much as possible, while Lisa handles administrative aspects to ensure your project is on time and right. Our customers constantly tell us they love our owners’ hands-on approach for the peace of mind it provides.
We provide a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all projects, while our products come with comprehensive material warranties.
Our windows come with a lifetime materials warranty. James Hardie fiber cement siding comes with a 30-year product warranty and a 15-year finish warranty when you choose ColorPlus® technology. And, since we’re a Master Elite contractor, our roofing system comes with the Golden Pledge Warranty—an industry-leading 50 years of total protection.

Yes. Our quotes aren’t just free from charge—they’re also free from pressure and obligation.
We assess your home, listen to your needs, consider your budget, show you actual product samples, and provide our expert recommendations. After that, we give you a firm price on the spot.
We’ll offer you an efficiency discount if you choose to move forward that day, but it’s not some underhanded sales trick. By saying “yes” at the appointment, you save us on labor, fuel, and opportunity costs. We simply add up what you’re saving us and then deduct that amount from your quote.
Rather than a single scale, window energy performance is generally measured and communicated to homeowners through five metrics. These five metrics of a window are: U-Factor (Insulation Value), Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (Solar Block Value; SHGc), Visible Transmittance (value of natural light coming through), Air Infiltration or Leakage (Seal Value), and Condensation Resistance. Consumers can find these values easily laid out for comparison on ENERGY STAR and NFRC-Certified windows (National Fenestration Rating Council) through their labels/stickers.
